Payment:  We accept all major credit/debit cards

Q:  What is your shipping policy?

A:  We currently ship to the United States only.  Our current processing time is 5-7 Business Days for standard orders and 7-14 days for 

custom sized orders.  We do keep a small stocked inventory of most of our Bandana Designs so in most cases the order would ship sooner than the standard 5-7 Business Days.  We offer flat rate shipping as well as expedited shipping options.

Q:  What if items ordered are both 5-7 and 7-14 business days items?  When will my order ship?

A:  Items will ship once the whole order is complete therefore your order would ship using the longer processing time.  If you should want part of your order sooner it is suggested that separate orders are placed.  You would still be responsible for shipping on each separate order.

 

Q:  How do I care of my Wears? 

 

A:  Human Apparel:  We recommend machine wash inside out on cold with like colors, hang dry to help prevent shrinking or fading.

     Bandanas:  We recommend Handwashing or Spot Cleaning with Cold Water.  Lay Flat or Hang Dry.  Gently iron your Bandana 

                      as needed.  Avoid ironing on the snaps, grommets or rivets.  Machine washing and drying is at your own risk as

                      it may damage the item.

     Bandanas with Custom Vinyl Lettering:  Same washing & drying methods apply, however do not iron over the vinyl design unless you                                                                 have a protective covering.

Q:  How do your tees fit? 

 

A:  All of our tees are a unisex fit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES             

 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

A:  Dog Gear - We hope you love your NHT gear as much as we loved making it.  We make each and every time by hand most of which are made to order, because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please make sure to measure your pup's neck and reference our size guidelines before purchasing.

A:  Human Apparel -  Due to the nature of our business we do not except returns or exchanges on our apparel, however if there should be a defect in your items please reach out to us as we want you to love your new apparel as much as we do.  Please make sure to reference our sizing guidelines to assist in finding the right fit for you.

Variation.  Since each design is made by hand, there will always be a slight variation between each design.  Some designs are meant to look faded or distressed, but NO two designs will be exactly the same making them unique and especially for you.

Q:  What is the Benefit to purchasing Biothane?

A:  There are so many benefits to purchasing Biothane for your active pups adventures.  Durable, sustainable, vegan, non-toxic, water proof, mold proof, easy to clean with soap and water (even for your messiest adventures), plus it gives a classy look of leather.

Q:  How do I care for Biothane?

A:  Easy Peasy....  Soap, Water, a little Elbow Grease and maybe a scrub brush.  Don't worry... you won't damage the biothane.

Q:  Are you looking for models or brand ambassadors?

Privacy:  Your privacy is important to us as well as you.  Your personal information is used entirely for purchasing by you only.  NHT will not share your information or use it for any reason other than to complete your order.

Terms of Service:  Please note that by submitting your order with payment that you are agreeing to the terms set forth by Native Hound Threads and that you fully understand our policies.

 

**Native Hound Threads is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Packages that are marked as delivered, but "not received" are the responsibility of you & your local post office.  Please contact your local post office for these rare situations as soon as possible.  In the event that you feel as though the USPS is not being helpful please feel free to contact us.  We would be glad to help you.

Also delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.  Please contact us if you would like to pay for insurance to be added on to your order.
